add BuildRequires zstd in mic-bootstrapsandbox/wangbiao/py3_version
In Ubuntu 24.04, the f2fs.ko module is compressed as f2fs.ko.zst.
So if running modprobe f2fs, it will show: modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'f2fs': Exec format error
That is becasue there is no zstd tool in mic bootstrap
