Use rpmgi glob and manifest load for --package.
Bugs:
* @todo An empty file read as manifest truncates argv returning RPMRC_NOTFOUND.
* @todo Errors, e.g. non-existent path in manifest, will terminate iteration.
* @todo Chained manifests lose an arg someplace.
