tcg-ppc64: Use tcg_out_{ld,st,cmp} internally
Rather than using tcg_out32 and opcodes directly. This allows us to remove LD_ADDR and CMP_L macros. Tested-by: Tom Musta <tommusta@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Henderson <rth@twiddle.net>
