Add a record-pkg option to create some filesaccepted/tizen/unified/x/20240926.095751accepted/tizen/unified/toolchain/20241004.101439accepted/tizen/unified/20240927.013004
Add a record-pkg option to create some files.
Current, it's creating a '.packages' about commit-id.
Additional, it can be created the '.license' and '.files'.
The developer can check the licneses and files with thosse
files about packages that are installed. It should be helpful.
