networkd: Bridge Property Use kernel defaults. (#8825)
Rather than choosing to set or unset any of these flag
use kernel defaults. This patch makes following properties to unset.
UseBPDU = unset
HairPin = unset
FastLeave = unset
AllowPortToBeRoot = unset
UnicastFlood = unset
