fix: avoid segfault using --prefix until ewt fixes.
add --define "%foo %bar" option.
dump macros to same fd as --showrc uses.
add %GNUconfigure for full-blown package regeneration.
fix: RPM_ARCH/RPM_OS had wrong values.
fix: create ppc directories correctly.
