Replace DFLOAT by DBLE in ZGSVJ0, ZGESVJ, and ZGSVJ1. Thanks to Edward Smyth
from NAG for fixing this. Email from Ed: Several LAPACK 3.6.0 routines use the intrinsic DFLOAT which is non-standard and thus causes problems with some compilers. Could you change these references to DBLE please? Julien.
