efi_selftest: unit test for EFI_SIMPLE_TEXT_INPUT_PROTOCOL
Provide a unit test for the EFI_SIMPLE_TEXT_INPUT_PROTOCOL.
The unicode character and the scan code are printed for text
input.
To run the test:
setenv efi_selftest text input
bootefi selftest
