[ATM]: Replace DPRINTK() with pr_debug().
Get rid of using DPRINTK macro in ATM and use pr_debug (in kernel.h).
Using the standard macro is cleaner and forces code to check for bad arguments
and formatting.
Fixes from Thomas Graf.
