NTFS: - Set the ntfs_inode->allocated_size to the real allocated size in the
mft record for resident attributes (fs/ntfs/inode.c).
- Small readability cleanup to use "a" instead of "ctx->attr"
everywhere (fs/ntfs/inode.c).
