[POWERPC] EEH: balance pcidev_get/put calls
This corrects a pci_dev get/put imbalance that can occur only in
highly unlikely situations (kmalloc failures, pci devices with
overlapping resource addresses). No actual failures seen, this was
spotted during code review.
