When booting the device at first time, '/opt' and '/opt/usr' partition
should be extended by using resize2fs command.

Specific partition should be extended by using resize2fs command when
its first time booting. New added service file supports to general
resize2fs functionality by passing its partition node information.

The postfix 'slp' is changed to 'mount' since SLP means Samsung Linux
Platform and it is not used anymore.

Some features provided by system-plugin-mount are redundant. In particular:
- /lib/modules is provided by filesystem package
- /etc/fstab file is generated on image creation (setup-mobile package)
- /etc/inittab and /etc/rc.d/* files are not used anymore
- resizing filesystems on boot is going to be reworked
