	Since the introduction of net.c in r5581 there had been 2 places where the location of the TAP helper scripts and SMB daemon are defined. 	This adds virtio-net support. This is based on the virtio-net driver that exists in kvm-userspace. This also adds a new qemu_sendv_packet which virtio-net requires.
