Refine mpeg2 mfc pipeline code
move mpeg2 mfc code from gen6_mfc.c to gen7_mfc.c, because mpeg2 paking is not supported on gen6. Signed-off-by: Li Xiaowei <xiaowei.a.li@intel.com>
