af_rxrpc: Avoid setting up double-free on checksum error
skb_kill_datagram() does not dequeue the skb when MSG_PEEK is unset.
This leaves a free'd skb on the queue, resulting a double-free later.
Without this, the following oops can occur:
BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0000000000000008
