* libtool-ldflags: New script.
* src/Makefile.am (LTLDFLAGS): New variable.
(CXXLINK): Use LTLDFLAGS.
* src/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
* libsupc++/Makefile.am (LTLDFLAGS): New variable.
(CXXLINK): Use LTLDFLAGS.
* libsupc++/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
