CMake Error in CMakeLists.txt:
  Target "foo" has property "INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES" listed in its
  COMPATIBLE_INTERFACE_BOOL property.  This is not allowed.  Only
  user-defined properties may appear listed in the COMPATIBLE_INTERFACE_BOOL
  property.
