Add support for S2MPS14 PMIC device to the MFD sec-core driver.

clocks instead of three and a little different registers layout.

For the cases which the interrupt for this device is not specified, it must be
checked whether it is or not. Without it, an error occurs, because some
operations are done on the interrupt number which is not specified well.

If max77686 mfd driver gets the initial data from device tree,
dev->plat_data might be NULL. So, when sub devices want to get
parent platform data, it can get only NULL pointer even parent
mfd driver probed completely. So we need to re-initialize
dev->plat_data at end of parsing device tree.

commit 5152970538a5e16c03bbcb9f1c780489a795ed40 upstream.
pci_enable_msi() can return failure with both positive and negative
integers -- it returns 0 for success -- but is only tested here for
"if (ret < 0)". This causes us to try to use MSI on the RTS5249 SD
reader in the Dell XPS 11 when enabling MSI failed, causing:

single-ulpi-bypass is a flag used for older OMAP3 silicon.

regmap_add_irq_chip fail
commit 483e2dfdbc94751430e41db9973985f5b054d322 upstream.
Fixes: 4aab3fadad32 ("mfd: tps65910: Move interrupt implementation code to mfd file")
tps65910_irq_init() sets 'tps65910->chip_irq' before calling
regmap_add_irq_chip(). If the regmap_add_irq_chip() call fails in
memory allocation of regmap_irq_chip_data members then:
1. The 'tps65910->chip_irq' will still hold some value
2. 'tps65910->irq_data' will be pointing to already freed memory
(because regmap_add_irq_chip() will free it on error)
This results in invalid memory access during driver remove because the
tps65910_irq_exit() tests whether 'tps65910->chip_irq' is not zero.

commit 97dc4ed3fa377ec91bb60ba98b70d645c2099384 upstream.
During probe the driver allocates dummy I2C devices for RTC, haptic and
MUIC with i2c_new_dummy() but it does not check the return value of this
calls.
In case of error (i2c_new_device(): memory allocation failure or I2C

by i2c_unregister_device().
If i2c_new_dummy() fails for RTC, haptic or MUIC devices, fail also the

- A few runtime breakage fixes (probe failures or oopses) for the

- Some sparse or regular gcc warning fixes for the si476x, ab8500 and

Previously the DSI PLL divider rate was initialised statically and
assumed to be 1. Before the common clock framework was enabled for

no matter what the current setting was.

settings are matched.

When booting with Device Tree enabled the MFD core uses each device's
compatible string to find and allocate its associated of_node pointer,
which in turn is passed to the driver via the platform_device struct.
Without it, the driver won't be able to interrogate the Device Tree or
locate suitable regulators and will most likely fail to probe.

When we're using Device Tree to enable GPIO drivers we're forced to be
OS agnostic, thus we are forbidden use names like pinctrl as they are
specific only to Linux, at least for the time being. However, when we
are registering devices using internal systems such as MFD or platform
registration, we can use such terminology. In this case we can and
should use the platform device ID mechanism to specify which device we
wish to utilise by detailing pinctrl-<device_name>.
This patch fixes a regression that when booting with Device Tree
enabled the ABx500 GPIO/Pinctrl devices are not probed.

The AB8500 debug code which was merged in parallell with the

drivers/mfd/cros_ec_spi.c: In function 'cros_ec_spi_receive_response':
drivers/mfd/cros_ec_spi.c:123:5: warning: format '%d' expects argument of type 'int', but argument 4 has type 'long int' [-Wformat]
drivers/mfd/cros_ec_spi.c:157:3: warning: format '%d' expects argument of type 'int', but argument 6 has type 'long int' [-Wformat]
drivers/mfd/cros_ec_spi.c:181:2: warning: format '%d' expects argument of type 'int', but argument 4 has type 'long int' [-Wformat]
After that commit, 32-bit compiles give:
drivers/mfd/cros_ec_spi.c: In function ‘cros_ec_spi_receive_response’:
drivers/mfd/cros_ec_spi.c:123: warning: format ‘%ld’ expects type ‘long int’, but argument 4 has type ‘int’
drivers/mfd/cros_ec_spi.c:157: warning: format ‘%ld’ expects type ‘long int’, but argument 6 has type ‘int’
drivers/mfd/cros_ec_spi.c:181: warning: format ‘%ld’ expects type ‘long int’, but argument 4 has type ‘int’
Use %z to format pointer differences to kill the warnings on both 32-bit
and 64-bit.
