2012-05-21sh: switch to saved_sigmask-based sigsuspend()/rt_sigsuspend()Al Viro1-3/+1
Complete the move of sh64 to it, trim the crap from prototypes, tidy up a bit. Infrastructure in do_signal() had already been there, in signal_64 as well as in signal_32 (where it was already used). Signed-off-by: Al Viro <viro@zeniv.linux.org.uk>

2010-08-13Mark arguments to certain syscalls as being constDavid Howells1-1/+1
Mark arguments to certain system calls as being const where they should be but aren't. The list includes: (*) The filename arguments of various stat syscalls, execve(), various utimes syscalls and some mount syscalls. (*) The filename arguments of some syscall helpers relating to the above. (*) The buffer argument of various write syscalls. Signed-off-by: David Howells <dhowells@redhat.com> Acked-by: David S. 2009-01-14[CVE-2009-0029] Remove __attribute__((weak)) from sys_pipe/sys_pipe2Heiko Carstens1-3/+3
Remove __attribute__((weak)) from common code sys_pipe implemantation. IA64, ALPHA, SUPERH (32bit) and SPARC (32bit) have own implemantations with the same name. Just rename them. For sys_pipe2 there is no architecture specific implementation. Cc: Richard Henderson <rth@twiddle.net> Cc: David S.
