This patch merges each dev files to one devs.c file in
plat-samsung directory and this help to keep it more
easily to reduce plat- directories such as plat-s3c24xx
and plat-s5p.

external clock divider instead of internal clock divider.
It is defined that what kinds of clock type is used in machine.

This patch adds to change bus width and host capability of HSMMC,
when HSMMC is only configured with another value of bus width
and host capability from default one.

Each board can override the default sdhci host capabilities.
Some board has broken features by hardwares and support 8-bit bandwidth.

On some Samsung SoCs not all SDHCI controllers have card detect (CD)
line. For some embedded designs it is not even needed, because ususally
the device (like SDIO flash memory or wifi controller) is permanently
wired to the controller. There are also systems which have a card detect
line connected to some of the external interrupt lines or the presence
of the card depends on some other actions (like enabling a power
regulator).
This patch adds all required changes to platform support code, so
another patch, which extends the driver with support for the new card
detection methods can be applied.
