mfd: max14577: Add max14577/max77836 MFD driver to support muic/charger device
This patch add max14577/max77836 core/irq driver to support MUIC(Micro USB IC) device and fuelgague device and support irq domain method to control internal interrupt of max14577/max77836 device.
