powerpc/pasemi: Use raw spinlock in SMP TB sync
spin_lock() can hang if called while the timebase is frozen, so use a raw lock instead, also disable interrupts while at it. Signed-off-by: Benjamin Herrenschmidt <benh@kernel.crashing.org>
