[CELL] spufs: fix array size of channel index
Based on a fix from Masato Noguchi <Masato.Noguchi@jp.sony.com>.
Remove the (incorrect) array size declarations in the spufs channel
arrays, and use ARRAY_SIZE rather than hardcoded values.
