[PATCH] md: Only checkpoint expansion progress occasionally
Instead of checkpointing at each stripe, only checkpoint when a new write would overwrite uncheckpointed data. Block any write to the uncheckpointed area. Arbitrarily checkpoint at least every 3Meg.
